Rundom Projects 2.01 Lite is a freeware application (since autumn/fall 2004) created for parametric as well as randomization and bootstrap testing. 
It is a considerably extended version of RP 1.1 (more tests, graphs, RNGs etc.) with a new graphical user interface. 
It hasn't got, however, any built-in scripting language.
